Dane będą przetwarzane w celu realizacji nieodpłatnego udzielenia informacji i innych nieodpłatnych form wsparcia uzgodnionych z Administratorem, prowadzenia ewidencji udzielonych informacji, innych nieodpłatnych form wsparcia oraz bieżącego kontaktu. Wyrażenie zgody jest dobrowolne, ale konieczne dla udzielenia wsparcia.

Dane będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia kontaktów związanych z udzieleniem informacji, innych nieodpłatnych form wsparcia, a następnie mogą być archiwizowane w Rejestrze Udzielonych Informacji i Świadczonych Nieodpłatnych Form Wsparcia, w którym będą przechowywane przez okres nie dłuższy niż 5 lat od zakończenia relacji z podmiotem danych. Dane mogą być przekazywane innym podmiotom działających w zakresie wsparcia cudzoziemców, o ile będzie to niezbędne do realizacji świadczonego przez Administratora wsparcia. Dane osobowe nie będą profilowane, przetwarzane w sposób zautomatyzowany, ani przekazywane podmiotom trzecim spoza Unii Europejskiej.

Mają Państwo prawo dostępu do treści przekazanych danych osobowych, prawo do ich poprawiania, uzupełniania, uaktualniania, sprostowania, jak również prawo wniesienia w każdym czasie sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania danych, a także żądania ich usunięcia. Przysługuje Państwu również prawo do złożenia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.

The data will be processed until the conclusion of contact related to the provision of information or other free forms of support. After that, it may be archived in the Register of Provided Information and Free Support Services, where it will be stored for no longer than 5 years from the end of the relationship with the data subject. Data may be shared with other entities operating in the field of support for foreigners, if necessary for the support provided by the Controller. Personal data will not be profiled, processed automatically, or transferred to third parties outside the European Union.

You have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectify, supplement, update, and correct it, as well as the right to object at any time to its processing and to request its deletion. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
